Register/Renew In Person

Fill out a carpool registration form. Fax or email your completed form back to Commuter Connection.
One person from your carpool or vanpool can pick up your registration permit the next business day, or we can mail it to you.
In order to pick up the permit in person, you need to present a driver’s license or state ID.
The address on the permit must match the address on your ID.
IDs can be updated by filling out a change of address form at your local DMV.
Everyone in your carpool must go to the parking garage to sign a contract.
Everyone must present a drivers license or state ID.
The address each ID must match the address listed on the permit.
Don’t forget to bring your permit!
