IATP to host 2012 Bike and Bite – Saturday Aug. 18
The Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy will again host Bike and Bike. 2012 is the 2012 is the International Year of the Co-op, and Minneapolis has lots to celebrate. Riders will set their own course around the city, tasting delicious local foods along the way from area businesses and organizations that exemplify the co-op model. Join IATP after the ride for more food, music and drinks provided by Surly Brewing Company, and a chance to meet other locals interested in a fair, healthy and sustainable food system.
